AC/DC Integrated Power Supply Vehicle for Aircraft Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Testing

An aviation power vehicle is a self-contained power station composed of a medium-frequency diesel generator set or lithium battery energy storage inverter, a transformer rectifier, a 28V aviation battery power source, a rainproof engine compartment, a light-duty carrying vehicle, and tools for simple maintenance.

It integrates multiple power generation and energy storage forms, featuring three sets of power supply systems. It is compatible with various types of fighter aircraft, general aviation, and passenger aircraft electrophoresis, and can also be used as a test power source. It can be optionally equipped with a booster to meet more application scenarios. With stable performance, strong environmental adaptability, and a flexible and convenient trailer design, it provides reliable power support for both aviation and civil fields.

AC input: 380V±15% three-phase, 50/60Hz; output includes multiple AC and DC specifications: AC 60KVA three-phase 115V/200V, DC 25KVA 28.5V. It offers high voltage and frequency stability, low waveform distortion, comprehensive protection, and intelligent display control. It operates efficiently and reliably in harsh environments ranging from -40°C to 50°C. It serves as a ground power source for helicopters, transport aircraft, and small to large passenger aircraft, and can also be used as a test power source in aircraft manufacturing plants, maintenance facilities, and aircraft development departments.
